FoCo Fondo is unique in that we’re not just a cycling event in a town, but we’re a cycling town with an event (and, in actuality, many events). It makes the event culture distinct, like a big, warm hug from an old friend. How can you take that hug and share its warmth beyond our city limits? In 2023, we created the Leadership Program, comprised of local leaders, with a deep belief that when people are given access to resources at the right time with space to be creative, magic happens. We’re thrilled to not just have the program back in 2024, but all our 2023 leaders chose to come back and help build more opportunities for others and experiment in this tiny magnificent microcosm that is focofondo. We’ll be reintroducing each of those leaders this week and share more about the program they run.
