DAY 5 Personal Diary. Join our CMO mindy.jade.roberts on day 5 of her weeklong journey to Antarctica. One of her favourite experiences at Whichaway is our ice waves and tunnels. At this time of the year (late Jan / early Feb) there is water in the ice tunnels and so we can’t access them but she gets to see the magnificent blue rivers instead! Nature always has the best colours and the blue of the rivers seems unreal. The weather was spectacular with not a breath of wind and eating a chicken poke bowl on top of a wave made from ice, left her in awe of nature and so very appreciative of this Antarctic experience. #antarctica #luxurytravel #whichaway #whitedesert #whitedesertantarctica #icewave #frozenglacier
