According to Harvard professor Amy Edmondson, psychological safety is defined as “a belief that one will not be punished or humiliated for speaking up with ideas, questions, concerns, or mistakes, and that the team is safe for interpersonal risk-taking”. Basically, you feel safe being vulnerable.
So, what can you do to ensure you’re providing a psychologically safe environment everywhere in your life?
