A Husband was sentenced Wednesday for slipping an abortion pill into his pregnant wife's drink seven times. Texas attorney Mason Herring will serve 180 days in jail after pleading guilty to one count of assault of a pregnant person and one count of injury to a child under the age of 15. Despite the attempts to end the pregnancy, Catherine Herring gave birth to their daughter 10 weeks prematurely, which Catherine blames on her husband's actions.
