Workout of the Week: Mobility! As we transition from Summer to Fall, it’s natural to experience dips in energy. At Fit Collective, we believe that mobility is crucial to improving all other movement, and we incorporate moves like these into all our active dynamic warmups. If you’re feeling stiff or need a lower back and hip release, we got you! Complete each of the following movements for 45-60 seconds (or longer) and repeat 1-3 times.
