Try this as a finisher to any cardio or strength workout, or use as a stand alone core workout to burn out your abs 🔥
Grab a light dumbbell (optional) and complete the following exercises with minimal rest between. Repeat 2-3 times!

2️⃣15 Seated Twists
3️⃣20 Leg Lifts to Glute Lift
4️⃣15 Oblique Tucks [R]
5️⃣15 Oblique Tucks [L]
6️⃣20 Alternating Plank Drags
