Complete each exercise for 45 seconds each, resting 15 seconds between moves. Repeat 3-4 times.

2️⃣ Lateral Lunge to Push Pull [R]
3️⃣ Lateral Lunge to Push Pull [L]
4️⃣ 1/2 Side Bend to Tricep [R]
5️⃣ 1/2 Side Bend to Tricep [L]
6️⃣ Alt Rev Lunge to Bicep Curl
7️⃣ Renegade Row to Push-up
