Grab a set of light dumbbells and complete each of the following movements for 1 minute with minimal rest between. Repeat 3 times.
1️⃣ Plank Tricep Kickbacks [R & L]
2️⃣ Kneeling Bicep Lifts
3️⃣ Hinged Rear Fly Pulses
4️⃣ Front Raise Crosses
5️⃣ Corner Curl Pulses
