Burgers on B (burgersonb_les) is the only halal smash burger joint in Manhattan dedicated SOLELY to smash burgers and the price point for the burgers are a steal. 🍔👀 Food: 8.5/10 Their menu consists of 6 burgers: single patty, double patty, Oklahoma, Oklahoma Jam, Jam, and vegan. The burger patty is well-flattened, has a nice char, is juicy, and has amazing condiments and cheese. The only thing we would say needed improvement was that it was more on the greasier side. The Oklahoma has the addition of onions whether you would like your onions charred or jammed, that would bring two different flavor profiles to your burger. We preferred the jam because it had more of a caramel sweetness to it that was contrasting the charred patty. :) They also make their own old-fashioned style fries that freshly made and seasoned with their own blend.
