Make it back-to-back-to-back All-Catholic Championships for canisiushsbowl.
The Crusaders won their third straight Monsignor Martin Athletic Association postseason title Saturday morning at Classic Lanes in the Town of Tonawanda.
In the afternoon, Blaine Benson ’24 won the All-Catholic individual title in astounding fashion, taking a perfect game to his last ball before finishing with a 297.
The five members of the Crusader championship team – Matthew Bernard ’24, Matthew Hassenfratz ’24, Matthew Marchese ’24, Benson and Thomas Skowron ’25 – along with coach Michael Kwiatkowski ’99, discussed another great day for CHS bowling.
Kwiatkowski held dearly the trophy, the same trophy that his father, former coach and CHS Hall of Famer Pat Kwiatkowski ’72, held before passing away in 2019.
