State funeral services were held today for Chile's former president Sebastián Piñera in the country's capital, Santiago, after he died in a helicopter crash on February 6. ⁠ ⁠ Piñera was leaving a friend's house in the south of Chile when the helicopter he was piloting crashed into a lake.⁠ ⁠ The 74-year-old politician served as president of Chile from 2010 to 2014 and again from 2018 to 2022.
