I think it’s time for another How to Use Machines in the Gym, PART 14 (I think😂) Cable Step Ups!!👉🏼
This machine can be used for other exercises as well, but my personal favorite is the step up! Step ups primarily work the glutes and quads, but they are also great for core and balance. They’ll also likely get your heart rate up quick! 🥵
Make sure you go SLOW through this movement, placing the weight in your heel and staying in control the whole time. While machine exercises are typically easier, in my opinion cable step ups are more difficult than dumbbell step ups! If you’ve tried both, what do you think??
I may even love step ups as much as I love split squats… 🙊
