Former Auburn Tigers have participated in 37 Super Bowls over the years. There have been 47 former Tigers that have made a total of 63 appearances for 24 different teams.
For the 9th straight season, Auburn will be represented in the Super Bowl. The Kansas City Chiefs will carry the flag this year, being home to the sole former Auburn Tiger in this year's game.
After being on the practice squad for both Philadelphia and Kansas City in the past, Prince Tega Wanagho has found a solid place with the Chiefs now. Wanagho earned his first championship ring with the Chiefs last season.
Due to injuries, Wanagho has only played in three games this season. He has only taken 30 total snaps this year between offense and special teams before getting injured in week three against Chicago.
The Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers face off in Super Bowl LVIIL on CBS at 5:30 CT.
