The Orange Springtail (Protonura sp.) or as we call them, "Cheeto" Springtails, has become a recent favorite of ours! Springtails are exceptionally tiny, usually ranging from 1/16th to 1/18th of an inch in length. They exhibit a color spectrum from yellow to red, beginning as white and intensifying in hue as they mature!   Springtails are very important for maintaining healthy ecosystems.
