Registration for the Spring 2024 DESIGN LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP is now open! This intimate, two-day retreat is for DLN Members and Partners looking to level up their firms by executing the perfect client experience. The Workshop will be held in Ojai, California, at the ojaivalleyinn, a destination designed for disconnection from the day-to-day — the perfect setting to build relationships, learn, and grow together as design professionals. Our facilitator will be jonpicoult, an authority on employee and client experience who will expertly guide participants through case studies focused on building client loyalty. Beyond time spent with Jon, participants will also engage in small working-group sessions aimed at addressing the struggles faced by firm principals in our often-turbulent design industry.
