Models strutted down an impromptu runway outside the Dillard's entrance, showing off Tivona World Couture's latest designs. Crowds gathered, phones held high, to catch every dramatic turn. As a kickoff to February and Black History Month, Tivona World brought the excitement of Fashion Week to the mall. Their bold, vibrant designs demanded attention against the backdrop of the staid department store. Small business vendors lined the perimeter, adding to the festive atmosphere.
