Time for another midweek mental health check 🕗⁠ ⁠ While the holidays can bring a lot of joy, they can also bring a lot of stress. This is especially true for those visiting with family they haven't seen in a while. If you fall into the latter you can try making a list of things that can be triggering for you during the holiday season. This can include certain people, sounds, foods, tone of voice, etc. you will likely encounter that make you uncomfortable.⁠ ⁠ Make sure to recognize when you are feeling uncomfortable and utilize strategies from last week's mental health check to learn about what to do next. ☃️
