And Day 200 done🎉. 200 consecutive Half Marathons. I thought this would be easier than my consecutive marathon record but felt just as hard. I did have more recovery time on days I only ran the 13.1 miles but on my 100k, 50k and 100 miler days I did question my sanity 😂.

Today's run was for Ben who lost his life to the same cancer I had, Ewing Sarcoma. He passed away a few days ago at age 25💔
