I had an opportunity to check out @stephonvan’s new Sony a7iv and I also brought my Helios 44-2 for him to try out. Both of these photos were taken with that combo and man did we love the swirly bokeh from the lens! • As camera gear gets better and better some of the unique characteristics that vintage lenses have isn’t seen as much in normal photo/video lenses. It was refreshing seeing such a unique look when paired with some newer tech 🤌🏽. • Playing with the a7iv might’ve convinced me to finally pick up a second full-frame body.
