Ms. Gwen is a Library Assistant at our Southeast Library and she LOVES interacting with everyone. Favorite thing about working for SJCPLS: "One of my favorite things is the staff that are behind the scenes. Some people never get to meet them, but I see them every scheduled work day, and they get a good morning from me. Many people have come and gone, but I still hold the memories and impressions they made in my life. Another favorite thing is talking about their family, especially their children, sharing pictures, conversations, and seeing their faces light up. I also love seeing how we come together to make this branch run — oh yes, we are a team and I believe our patrons know." Favorite patron story: "I think everyone that knows me will agree, every year I am amazed at how our young patrons grow, and I think they love confusing me. I never know who they are, they love it when I give them a hard time about a card or ID because they are growing up. I love to watch their reading level...
