You asked and we listened...the PORTABLE PLANETARIUM IS BACK! The Main Library will celebrate National STEM/STEAM Day on November 8th with a daylong celebration and the "pop-up" portable planetarium will be there! A space-themed storytime for children and parents will start the day at 10 a.m., with access to the planetarium from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. At 3 p.m., Paul Jones of the @ancientcityastronomy will present “Astronomy 101” for adults and children. Then more time will be allowed for visiting the planetarium from 4 to 5 p.m. before we wrap up for the day.
