@northwoodESS spotted in Times Square, NYC 🍎 The Soil Inventory Project, co-founded by assistant professor of environmental studies and sciences Kris Covey, is being displayed on the Morgan Stanley Billboard in Times Square. Launched right here at Skidmore, The Soil Inventory Project's mission is to make soil carbon data available to everyone, including farmers and agriculturists, by building a decentralized, national soil carbon inventory. Dozens of Skidmore students have participated in summer internships gathering and analyzing critical soil carbon data in support of this transformational inventory platform.
