@dominomag is out now! Featuring 5 whole pages of Disco Cubes, including yours truly as a mad scientist, and 4 different ice recipes including this lovely habanero mango number that almost burned my eyeballs off during recipe testing.

Seed and roughly chop 1 habanero pepper. Combine in a blender with 2 cups chopped mango and 1 cup of water. Purée until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve and freeze in two ice cube trays. Serve in a margarita or with tequila, soda and lime. ✨
