The JV volleyball team cruised past the LBJ Jaguars in straight sets at home tonight to continue their current winning streak. They dominated the first set, 25-10, then found another gear to take the second set and the match, 25-4. “A week from today we play LASA, and we want to get our redemption,” sophomore Satya Russ said. “We used tonight's game as a way to practice and better ourselves for our next opponent that might be more challenging.” The Knights lost to the Raptors, 2-1, on Sept. 10. The rematch against the Raptors is at home a week from tonight. Before that showdown, the JV Knights take on the Vikings of Navarro on the road.
