In a Monday meeting with BDC members held by campus Vice Chancellor Sunny Lee, campus administration resolved to take down the tent used for dance practices on Lower Sproul Plaza on Feb. 29, grant sound permits for the BDC to avoid removal by campus security and begin negotiations for on-campus indoor practice space, according to Yusaku Nakano, director of AFX training team ctrlFx. AFX external executive Michael Yu said the resolution will pressure campus to ensure accessibility to indoor spaces, especially to students in dance groups with larger teams such as AFX.
