SECOND QUARTER HOPE. The Knights started with a stronger 2nd quarter, despite being down 28-7 to the Cougars at the end of the half. The Knights took their opening drive all the way to the endzone with quarterback Luke Dunham scoring a 1 yard touchdown, and then followed it up with an extra point from kicker Dash Levy. The Cougars responded to McCallum scoring a touchdown on their next possession. McCallum, after having an unsuccessful drive, faked a punt but their pass was incomplete, and the Knights turned over their downs. On Connallys last play of the half, their quarterback was sacked by Tony Andrew's, pushing them back to 3rd and 19. The ball was then intercepted in the end zone by Mark Sanchez, with the half ending with the Knights in possession. Caption by Callen Romell.
