KNIGHTS OFF ON THE RIGHT FOOT: The Knights take a strong lead over the Navarro Vikings a 14-0 come the end of the first quarter. Both teams were unsuccessful on their first drives of the game, with junior Mark Sanchez intercepting a Viking pass to regain possession. Sanchez then caught a down field pass, thrown by Luke Dunham, and ran it into the end zone for a McCallum touchdown. The Viking were forced to punt from their own 8-yard line, giving the Knights good field position on their next drive.
