In honor of #BlackHistoryMonth, 3M’s Black Leadership Advancement Coalition (3M BLAC) hosted a STEM career event, where local high school students had a chance to interact with the 2023 America's Top #YoungScientist, Heman Bekele, as well as some of 3M's Black scientists and engineers (link in bio). Nothing like hearing directly from professionals about their #STEM career journey for students to stay curious and inspired. The day ended with a tour of the 3M Innovation Center – an absolute highlight of the event! 💡
