24.1 - 24.2 - 24.3 - It’s here. The Open is approaching super fast and we are so ready! We know what’s on your mind right now: What are we doing for the Open? Don’t worry, we’ve been around the block a few times. We got you. Perform Track athletes For the next 3 weeks as of the week of Feb 26th, our main focus will be on managing fatigue levels and recovery for the Open workout. You’ll have the Open workout to perform first thing on Friday mornings with the opportunity to re-do the workout on Monday. Your performance is important though and having a group and event to compete at can get the best out of you. If your local community has an event such as a FNL or Saturday Throwdown, do yourself a favour and get in there! Elite Track athletes Your focus is a bit further down the road. We’re going to accommodate the Open workout. Unless you had a disastrous event, focus on your training because we want to peak for the QF in order to beat last years results and/or make Semi Final...
