Continuing our celebration of Black History Month, we shine a spotlight on Natasha Watley, a trailblazer in softball and an advocate for change. A groundbreaking athlete who not only made history as the first African American female softball player in the Olympics but also captured gold with Team USA and her legacy now transcends sports.   She founded the Natasha Watley Foundation, which empowers young girls through softball, teaching them leadership, teamwork, and perseverance. Natasha stands for equality, opportunity, and the belief that every girl deserves a chance to play and pursue her dreams.
