The Health, Counseling, and Disability Access Services are available for all students to utilize and are located in the MSC on the bottom level.
The health clinic treats various health-related issues, while many services are free for enrolled students. They manage illnesses, provide health screenings, gynecological exams, and give immunizations.
Counseling services house counselors that focus on providing a confidential and supportive environment for all their clients. Students can be seen for many reasons, including depression, anxiety, academic struggles, trauma, relationship breakups, or family conflicts. Initial and crisis walk-in appts are free of charge, with ongoing care being of a low cost.
Disability Access Services helps assist students with disabilities in accessing UMSL programs and services. Examples include learning disabilities, physical/medical conditions, or mental health conditions.
