One of the first tips I give all my clients who have a hard time prioritizing weekday workouts is to block off their workout hour as if it was a work meeting.
It can’t be cancelled.
Can’t be pushed back.
This “meeting” can be before, after, or (if you’re lucky) even DURING your workday!💪🏼
Hiring a trainer for 1:1 sessions or even having a program to follow can also be extremely beneficial if you’re struggling with consistency.
