Removing the dividing wall has transformed this space to a open concept, flooding it with natural light and creating a seamless transition from cooking to dining to relaxing in the living room. Reframing the existing structural wall with the addition of a new LVL header allows us to open this space up, there are a ton of things that can be done to change a space.
