EDITORIAL | “This night unveiled a glaring failure in the WarnMe system, the primary way campus communicates emergencies to students. Every second counts in situations like these. And while no one was injured and a suspect was quickly apprehended, students were left in the dark for more than 40 minutes, and initially misled about what had happened.
