Elon Musk has temporarily closed twitter offices after a flux of employees seemed to have left the company. All access will also be disabled until Monday.⁠ ⁠ In the aftermath of this mass resignation, the hashtag #RIPTwitter started trending as some users began posting memes of gravestones for the platform with epitaphs that read “Killed By Elon Musk.” Meanwhile, others announced that they’ll migrate to other social platforms.⁠ ⁠ The aforementioned turn of events follows Musk’s pledge sent to his employees earlier this week. Employees were required to sign by the November 17 deadline to keep their jobs.
