Local favorite SaturdayShoppes is hosting its 2nd Annual BBQ & Blues Fest this Saturday, a sprawling market and festival showcasing some of the area’s best makers, musicians, chefs and more. The event is free to attend, a full afternoon of family-friendly fun and revelry. BBQ & Blues Fest takes place in Lot 1 of Tropicana Field from 12-5 pm on Saturday, March 2, showcasing a stellar lineup of live music, local chefs and food trucks, and great local small businesses. In addition to food and music, the sprawling market will be full of local artists, makers, boutiques and more. The festival will also feature line dancing, a teen market, and even a kids area. There will be interactive arts and crafts stations, as well. Attendees are encouraged to bring a lawn chair, relax, and enjoy the free entertainment while they eat, drink and browse.
