Chopped Italian Sub is easy, quick and perfect for lunch or to make ahead for kids taking to school. I know turkey has no place in an Itailian sub but we like turkey. Have made this for my son the last 3 days for lunch. No rules on this one and no exact recipe, make it your own. I only suggest great product. In Phoenix I have 4 Italian Deli’s I love depending on where I am in town. Romanelli’s, Tony’s, DeFalco’s, Guido’s are great for fresh bread, meat and cheese.
