Today we are talking about walking lunges with an Oly bar⌠this exercise is very complex with many every day applications from gait work to balance to core strengthening to glute-ham-quad activation, the list goes on!

With a walking lunge you can use any piece of equipment - the Olympic bar just makes it more dynamically challenging so, if thatâs too much we can go DBs or KBs or no weight at all!
This move will not only get your heart rate up for a little added cardio but will add strength training to the mix as well!
