ONE SKILLET CASHEW CHICKEN by moi 🥡✨❤️🔥🥢
Get ready to welcome my one skillet cashew chicken to your weekly dinner rotation. It’s saucy, flavor, and in my humble opinion is 100x better than takeout. It came together in less than 30 minutes, left me with multiple servings, and was an easy clean up in the kitchen. What more could you ask for?! Recipe below!
Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken thighs or 2 chicken breasts
½ cup soy sauce or coconut aminos
¾ cup water
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp grated ginger
2 tsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp sesame seed oil
1.5 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup small broccoli florets
⅓ cup cashews
1 bell pepper sliced
Green onions for garnishing
Sesame seeds for garnishing
