February highs, lows, and weirdos:
1. High: spending the majority of the month in SUNNY locations literally increased my happiness by 300%
2. High: I tricked Spencer into doing a hike and he wasn’t even mad about it
3. Weirdo: enjoying cross training? I didn’t know that was possible!
4&5. High: seeing my parents (& having their expert help w filming)
6. Low: Georgie cut his nose and had to be in a cone (but he is still perfect, don’t worry)
7. High: getting the best supplements and protein 😌 code ALLIE for 10% off transparentlabs
8. Low: couldn’t get any momentum going on this swing smh
9. Weirdo: I haven’t eaten oatmeal a single time in the last week and pancakes are my new fixation 🥞
10. High: altitude training was a success! Huge s/o to mountainroche and meg_runs_happy for the coaching and support!
February was spent split between Seattle(WA), Boulder(CO), Abeytas(NM), and Boise(ID). I’m not sure which was my favorite, but I do know that running was fun in all locations �...
