Being surrounded by smart & talented players on the daily means we are used to a pretty high bar of excellence….then there’s Jasper Lorenz. Our Freshman GK from CO was selected to present at our W&M Ted X event this evening and simply blew the doors off her presentation! Her talk revolved around leading an impactful life while drawing from analogies and lessons learned on the soccer field (which was of course met with raucous approval from our entire team and coaches in attendance). Among other things, she artfully explained the importance of taking charge of your decision making by being proactive, not reactive, while also being mindful of leaning on those around you. 🤗 Not saying we have to compete in everything, but she is a unanimous best talk of the night in our book!
