The plan I layout in the video (if applied perfectly) will allow you to finish at 13:30 but as you know, a plan and the actual outcome are two different things. This video is meant to be a catalyst for thinking about how you will approach this workout and creating a plan. Having a plan is key if you have a goal and knowing how you work/what your capacity is across these two movements is important when devising a realistic plan of attack.
