I know babies can’t see a whole lot when they’re this little but I’m mostly posting this for my own memory bank so don’t ruin it for me y’all 😂
Knowing that a baby as young as Teddy was here can’t really make out shapes and colors actually makes it even more adorable to me that he was so captivated by the forest the first time he witnessed it. Normally his little eyes were glued to mama’s face at that point but he seemed to be just as enamored with nature as I am in that moment.
I got Teddy outside as early and as often as I could because regardless of what he was seeing with his eyes I wanted him to start soaking it all in and feeling it. Our surroundings help create our reality and it’s never to soon to be surrounded by tranquility 🌲
By the way, later that night he had a blowout and spit up all over me at the same while I was pumping 😂 Now doesn’t that make the peaceful moments even more special (and necessary??)
