Portlanders are apparently sad curmudgeons when compared to our chipper neighbors to the north. According to a new study by WalletHub – the personal finance company behind previous rankings of America’s most fun cities and the best cities to celebrate Christmas – Portland is the 67th happiest city in the U.S., a full 49 spots lower than Seattle.
