How to Do the Single-Arm Row Correctly 💪🏽✅ A basic exercise that still most of people do it wrong… When doing a Single-Arm Row make sure to not rotate your torso and draw your elbow back to the end range of motion. When you reach this point, SQUEEZE your shoulder blade and maximally contract your back muscles. Don’t rush! Make sure to feel your muscle working and flexing and then come back not too fast and full stretch all the way up and repeat. Take a weight that you can manage without impacting your form.
