back to back, like i'm on the cover of lethal weapon. 1. 2024 HYROX u24 North American Champion 🏆 Starting the '24 race season with a bang. Grabbing my second consecutive HYROX u24 North American Champion title & finishing 11th overall. The race wasn't perfect but I am continuing to learn that it does not always have to be. I stuck to the script and executed my game plan. Running felt solid & sled splits were my best yet. Lunges need work but the wallballs always bail me out. After the burpee broad jumps, I knew I opened up a pretty big lead & expanded it at the row. The gap wound up being 6:47 by the end. I did have a different time goal in mind but as bubblestheclowne & I spoke about on Friday, that was a secondary goal. The primary was to defend my title & bring it home.
