For World Kindness Day, UCHealth therapy dog Putter made it his mission to spread some kindness at Medical Center of the Rockies this week. He greeted patients and staff with goodie bags and notes of kindness, signed by Putter himself.
Why is kindness so important to Putter? Well, being kind and receiving kindness from others doesn’t just feel good, it can also strengthen your heart, enhance healing, reduce stress and help you live longer. It also increases your connectivity with others, which is vital for our overall well-being.
We encourage you to follow in Putter’s paw prints and reap the benefits of kindness today, and every day, by being kind to others, and yourself.
