Simple exercises for Diastasis Recti 👇🏼. These can actually be more challenging than you think.
The key with these is that you are breathing and able to manage pressure through the movements
🌬Deep breathing- find deep abs, can you feel transverse abdominus contract- this can be found easier sometimes doing a Kegel and core contraction at the same time or exhaling and thinking about zipping up a pair of tights pants
👟Marches - head flat- continue to breathe here while back stays flat and alternating taping each foot to the ground.
⚽️ Russian Twist hold position with ball squeeze- think about engaging abs and exhaling at the same time.
