A year ago, I got the opportunity to meet Kezia at @bergencc. She spoke to me about how free child care, thanks to help from the American Rescue Plan, was allowing her to finish her associate degree with honors. Kezia’s story is similar to the experiences of so many Americans juggling school, work, and child care. For far too long, parents have had to choose between advancing their careers and taking care of their children. The President’s new Executive Order expands access to high-quality care for families across the Nation so they, similar to Kezia, don’t have to make that decision any longer.
