This past Saturday, Congressman #EmanuelCleaver secured $4 million in funds for the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Heartland Black Chamber. This money will help the two chambers collaborate on a new business development center in Kansas City. This investment represents a significant milestone for minority business owners in our region.
